Love, Rosie

I am currently in love with the novel 'LOVE, ROSIE' (first published novel was entitled ROSIE DUNNE but unfortunately I couldn't find sa net an image of the re-published book but it's good eitherways) by Cecilia Ahern.

A must-read. Why? Kasi one, it's realy funny, and two, it's an easy-read (it's basically a novel about e-mails and love letters of Rosie to her bestfriend, daughter, family and friends, and there are even instant messages din in the same format as how it is presented in the net). It's a super-kilig experience talaga and I can't wait 'til I get to the very end (literally...ho yeah nandaya na nga pala ko, I've skipped to the last part of the book and found out na sa huli pa lang sila magkakatuluyan when they are already in their fifties). It's a must, oldie but goodie. Got it sa BookSale in Trinoma when I've went on leave. That place carries a lot of good books pala, I was lucky to find a copy of Dan Brown's 'Angels & Demons', in good condition pa, P180 lang. Should have bought Deception na rin pala darn it. Will definitely go back there next payday.

Anyways, other novels by Cecilia Ahern:
...P.S. I Love You
...If You Could See Me Now
...Where Rainbows End

Go grab your copies!

Shutting this mother-f*cking world up.

I have found the greatest medication EVER when you want people to just f*ck off and leave your whining behind alone.

SHUT THE WORLD UP BY SHUTTING YOURSELF DOWN.

And I have been doing it for the longest time ever (and I do hope nobody from work's reading this.) I have decided to act as a normal persona wondering around the universe pretending not to know things that are surrounding him and letting people feed him the information and for the first time, not the other way around. I am so fed up of people who wants me to act what and how I should act, pero when you start acting accordingly, surprisingly, no one listens. I sometimes wonder, is 22 of age that young? Does 22 of age means I couldn't be trained well in school to be prepared for whatever could come along the way? Does the digits 22 doesn't intimidate anybody? If most answers are mostly NO then will somebody please give me 'The Idiot's Guide to Acting Your Role' for Christmas?

I do not mean to offend anybody, but I just want to puke it out of my system. I feel so stripped of my majika's and I wouldn't have it any other way. This is truly genius.

I want to be.....

...Storm for a day...and hit somebody with a lightning bolt.

Or Wolverine....and make you deep throat my claws.

Or maybe AquaMan...and feed you to my piranhas.

Sino yun....I won't tell. Ask Kuya Er. :)

1. Victoria Beck's hair the dos.

Yup, it's everywhere. On Ethel Booba (of PBB Celebrity Edition 2), on my pals, on Ate Minerva of Triumph, it's crazy and it's taking the world by storm! Anyways, I'm planning to do the hair
na din after blogging. Ewan ko pero I'm sobrang obsessed with my bangs right now, ain't gonna let anybody touch it. And yeah, kahapon was the ugliest do I've ever had kasi my pirming iron got all sira thanks to my li'l sis. I was sobrang pissed talaga the whole day kasi when I'd see myself sa mirror, aaww! Ugliness in a fat man's belly.

Got to have a comeback. (And hoping my parlorista can replicate the look I am opting for. Ho puh-lease!)

2. Neons and colors.

G
otta have a shirt in every color. And so I did...and still doing it. I do not know where the hell Mr. Polo-and-Tucked-in-Shirt has gone, pero I am sobrang loving mixing and mismatching every hue in the color wheel. Neon-on-neon is the new pattern-on-pattern. And yeah, the neons and colors doesn't stop sa shirts of course. I am to collate statements on shirts and pants as well.

I do admit I am not updated on what'
s hip right now, pero whatever it is, to hell. I always create my own statements. And I do believe na that's the true gauge of being a fashionista.

3. Potato Chips for lunch.

Yeah I know, I'm trying to lose a lot of weight pero here I am munching on chips and a bottle of Rush Tropical Flavor (for lower calorie count) for lunch. I do not know why pero I have this crazy idea na it will make me leaner pag ito lang ang kinuhanan ko ng source of energy. Crazy right? What's new.

Anyways if you want to catch me during lunch, I'll be in Rustan's Supermarket buying a bag of French Onion Flavored Chip and a pack of Tourist Chocolate.

4. My NEW Phone.

And it's a Sony Ericsson Walkman phone. always been my dream to have any of the W S
eries and I think my debited account sa bangko was the sign. Yes, if I have to do another L-O-8 Session on blogspot it would be about the countinuously and sobrang usong nadedebit na account sa bangko. You see, I've withdrawn cash sa BPI pero I'm an Equitable-r, kaya ayun. Freaked me out a lot nang walang lumabas na money pero nabawasan balance ko. Yun pala ang nadebit.

Words of wisdom: Withdraw money from your own bangko lang. FOR LIFE!

Anyways, I saw this second hand phone called W701i phone sa Farmer's phone palengke on the fifth floor and I've instantly fell in love with it kasi one, it's a Walkman, and two, it's flip-top! My god it's perfect and not that expensive. Yeah...a bit more expensive than an iPod Nano (yung old version pa ha), pero it's the shi-hat believe I am sobrang loving it. It's a second hand pero it's all in good condition. The protective film on the screen is there pa nga up-to-date eh, so it just proves na naingatan siya ng nauna sa kin.

Love it, love it, love it. It's soo me. Stylish.

5. Necklaces.

After the phenomenal gigantic wood necklaces and bracelets in every style possible comes the newest craze: Necklace with rhinestoned pendants. As I always say, the bigger the better. I have a LOT na believe me and they're all so cute! As in lalo na yung bear and robot designs na I got sa F&H boutiques, my god they're the best. Tapos I bought din this big singsing in black na sobrang nice isuot pag out in a party. It's pang-girly pero again, to hell.

Necklaces with funky pendants are my new neckties. And yeah don't buy the cheap ones in tiangge. They're sobrang halatang low-quality. I was able to buy one from a tiangge pero it's still expensive. Stay away from those irritating designs na parang lata lang ng Coke na ginupit at dinikitan ng rhinestones. Eerrrr! Kainis sila sunugin na ang bigote ng gumagawa nun!
