Patuloy ang pag-alsa.
Whew! What a week for Zara.
First interview: Sharlene of H.R. was super hotta-hotta. And everybody sa store are intimidating. I've just learned na their S.A.'s are not your everyday-regular-kinda-like-S.A.'s, most of them are S.A.'s with a lot of other responsibilities. If I am to be matigas with the position na I am applying for (as a visual merchandiser), S.A. lang ako for life. Something na I did not imagine becoming, so I went for the next best thing, being a manager.
I was being asked by the hot H.R. personnel of stuffs na a Fine Arts graduate could not answer impresively. As in nahiya talaga ko kasi the tanongs are for Business Ad grads talaga like, '...if in case a day would come and you don't have sales, what will you do?' Or, '...if your staff's bored, how will you motivate them?' Gosh pinagpawisan talaga ko for real sa tanong niyang yan. I swear.
Anyways, after my first interview, I wasn't expecting 'the call' na within the week. I really felt like I've flunked my entrance exam.
Or so I thought. Last Monday I was fogging up, my eyes are sobrang teary na and red....full of excitement. Sharlene called me up the next day saying na I've passed the first interview and will have my 2nd interview on Wednesday. As usual nakipagbargain na naman ako for a re-sched kasi this time no choice...I got there sa R/Makati late to do our sobrang hirap na Heritage set-up..which was medyo nakakahiya sa mga ka-team ko kasi ako nagpainterview for almost 2hours while sila, work, work, work.
BARGAIN.
